TheMinistryofConstructionoftheUnion GovernmentofMyanmar,coordinatingwiththeYangonRegional Governmentisplanningtodevelopanelevatedfour-lane.ring roadexpresswayProjectinYangonof approximately47.5kilometers,throughaPublicPrivatePartnership
(PPP).Theelevatedtollroadisexpectedtoconnect DowntownYangon,Yangon Port,YangonInternationalAirport,MingalardonIndustrialParkand theYangon-MandalayExpressway(the“Project”).
TheMinistryofConstructioninviteslocal and/orinternationalsponsorsinterestedindesigning. engineering,financing,constructing,operatingandmaintaining theProjectthroughalong-termPPPconcessionagreement.The selectionofPPPsponsorsbytheMinistry of.Construction.will.be.donethrough an.international.competitive.tenderexpected.to.commence.later this.year.TheMinistry.ofConstruction.may.decide.to.split.the project.into.sections.andimplement~through.multiple.PPP lenders.with.the help.of.International.Finance.Corporation (IFC),a.member.of.World.Bank.Group.
Interested,sponsorsshall send.their.Expression.of.Interest.inthe.Project.before.or on29"'June,2018by.providingthefollowing.documents:a coverletterexpresslystatingtheinterestedsponsorsinterestinthe Project:
ashortdescriptionoftheinterestedsponsorandofits group.of.companies(ifapplicable).andits/their
activities:
theinterestedsponsor,sfinancial statementslorthelastthreeyears:
alistof,relevant,certifications,(e.g.ISOcertifications):
alistofprojectsundertakenbytheinterested.Sponsor similartotheProjectincludingthe,following,details(maximumoffiveprojects):

project descriptionincludinglengthinkilometers,andlength of elevatedsectionsinkilometers:
