& IWT Jetty Link Port Project,

1 Yangon Regional Government, the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, intended to develop the Jetty, Inland Container Deport, Container Freight Station and CFS Warehouse and Warehouse/Bonded Warehouse project near the Ngwe Pin Le Industrial Zone and Ale-Ywa to support the transportation and logistics sector within the Yangon Region.

2. Sealed bids are invited from the qualified developers who interested to develop the Ngwe Pin Le Integrated Logistics Zone & IWT Jetty Link Port Project with Build-Operate-Transfer Program as the following.

3. The bidding document may be purchased by interested bidders after signing the Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon submission of a formal request on payment of a non-refundable fee indicated above for each set of tender documents.

4. The bidding documents will be available from the office as noted in paragraph 8 on any working day with effect from 31.5.2018 (From 9.00 hour to 16.00 hour, local time).
