Thilawa Property Development Limited is the developer of the Residential and Commercial Area of Thilawa SEZ. We are seeking proposals from well reputed, financially sound companies with similar existing experience for the following project:
Investment, Design, Development and Operation of a New Hospital
(a) Security deposit of 100,000,000 Kyats (One Hundred Million Kyats) is required to submit request for proposal. Security deposit will be refunded back to the unsuccessful bidders.
(b) Project location map, project layout and project scope shall be included in Proposal Documents.
(c) The proposal documents shall be available for purchase from 18 May 2018 and proposal submission will be closed at 4:00 pm on 6 July 2018.
